{"id":1922,"date":"2022-06-13T22:04:07","date_gmt":"2022-06-13T22:04:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/?p=1922"},"modified":"2023-10-07T02:57:21","modified_gmt":"2023-10-07T02:57:21","slug":"2022-06-13-relampagos-e-chuva-no-meu-game-engine-em-c","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/2022\/06\/13\/2022-06-13-relampagos-e-chuva-no-meu-game-engine-em-c\/","title":{"rendered":"2022-06-13 &#8211; Rel\u00e2mpagos e Chuva no meu Game Engine, em C++&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aqui est\u00e1 a nova adi\u00e7\u00e3o ao meu Game Engine, efeitos de rel\u00e2mpagos, e \u00e9 de notar que j\u00e1 atingi 5000 FPS no Shoot&#8217;Em Up sem chuva, e com muitos milhares de gotas de chuva, ainda atinjo uns 500 FPS facilmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um amigo recomendou-me ao inv\u00e9s de colocar rel\u00e2mpagos reais, que criei h\u00e1 tempos, colocar apenas os efeitos de luz no fundo do jogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E ficou altamente, eu estava a pensar antes adicionar estes efeitos junto com o rel\u00e2mpago, mas talvez bastem as luzes pelo que vi, fica altamente mesmo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"373\" height=\"210\" src=\"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation-water-bees.gif\" alt=\"2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation\" class=\"wp-image-1926\"\/><figcaption>2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vejam em tempo real, durante um jogo, do meu jogo de exemplos Shoot&#8217;Em Up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Shoot-Em-Up-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>No exemplo acima, podem ver que eu a data altura no fim, meti a nave inimiga muito lenta para eu poder acelerar, e desligo a\u00ed a chuva, e z\u00e1s, sobem logo os FPS para 3500 ou mais. J\u00e1 atingiram 5000!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os rel\u00e2mpagos ficam altamente em todo o lado, vejam aqui mesmo debaixo de \u00e1gua:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"458\" height=\"241\" src=\"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation-killer-nemo.gif\" alt=\"2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation\" class=\"wp-image-1927\"\/><figcaption>2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou ser\u00e1 melhor o v\u00eddeo inteiro?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Acima podem ver tamb\u00e9m os paineis que criei com as estat\u00edsticas do jogo. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E podem ver que chego a ter uns 10.000 objectos de chuva no ecr\u00e3 em simult\u00e2neo, cada um deles a verificar o tempo todo em tempo real todos os p\u00edxeis e se cada um deles colide com algo ou n\u00e3o, com os seus splashes, tudo! E os salpicos ao baterem nos jogadores, inimigos, objectos, tudo perfeito. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E mesmo assim, usando apenas um \u00fanico core do meu port\u00e1til que \u00e9 apenas um I5 com 8GB (em Linux n\u00e3o preciso de mais), usando um dos 8 cores, ter esta performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 super-optimizado, \u00e9 que n\u00e3o basta usar uma linguagem super poderosa como C++, h\u00e1 que saber programar e optimizar o c\u00f3digo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estes eram os rel\u00e2mpagos que criei em tempos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-13-Rain-and-Lightnings-in-my-C-Cpp-Game-Engine-1.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Podem ver noutros posts meus sobre o g\u00e9nero, os meus trabalhos com rel\u00e2mpagos e &#8220;raios da morte&#8221;, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vejam a velocidade do jogo sem limites, com os 5000 FPS (na realidade limitei a 1500 FPS desse core apesar de aparecerem 5000, sen\u00e3o era injog\u00e1vel), para verem como fica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-13-High-Speed-Shooter-in-my-C-Cpp-Game-Engine.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas pronto, o importante \u00e9 que nestes dias que dediquei ao Game Engine (por ter estado muitas semanas parado devido a excesso de trabalho), eu optimizei muito mais o c\u00f3digo, est\u00e1 super, super r\u00e1pido e super optimizado, al\u00e9m de estar em C\/C++, o que ajuda (mas um mau programador pode colocar algo em C++ quase t\u00e3o lento quanto algo em Python, n\u00e3o basta usar C++), e al\u00e9m de optimiza\u00e7\u00f5es, ainda adicionei efeitos de rel\u00e2mpagos lindos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas o game engine est\u00e1 cada vez melhor, cada vez mais r\u00e1pido, mais optimizado, mais capaz, mais flex\u00edvel, com c\u00f3digo mais leg\u00edvel, e mais lindo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os rel\u00e2mpagos ficaram lindos, n\u00e3o?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"373\" height=\"210\" src=\"http:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation-water-bees.gif\" alt=\"2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation\" class=\"wp-image-1926\"\/><figcaption>2022-06-13-My-Game-Engine-Platformer-testing-example-with-lightning-effects-in-Cpp-small-animation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante umas semanas n\u00e3o devo tocar nele, devido ao trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas um dia voltarei!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E lembrem-se, de quem eu sou.
