Finalizados os Algoritmos de Neve e Chuva no meu Game Engine em C++&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ap\u00f3s finalmente terminar de corrigir os bugs restantes no meu Algoritmo de Neve e no de Chuva para o meu Game Engine em C++\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tive de corrigir tamb\u00e9m o meu n\u00edvel de testes de ambos, j\u00e1 com o novo sistema, acelerado, sem bugs, e com Multi-Threading funcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que aqui o Multi-Threading n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o \u00fatil, mas ajudou \u00e0 melhoria de velocidade na mesma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeiro mostro-vos o Algoritmo de Neve finalizado, e com uma m\u00fasica a lembrar o Natal, que est\u00e1 j\u00e1 perto, e porque Natal \u00e9 quando o Homem quer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2024-10-16-My-Snow-Algorithm-already-without-any-bugs-and-accelerated-and-with-multi-threading.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2024-10-16 &#8211; Finalizado o meu Algoritmo de Neve no meu Game Engine em C++&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Reparem que os bugs de flocos agarrados onde n\u00e3o deviam, entre outros, foram corrigidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eles agarram-se \u00e0s superf\u00edcies mas s\u00e3o deixados soltos em invers\u00e3o de movimento vertical, e o sistema de calor est\u00e1 perfeito como podem ver, sendo que os flocos abaixo enviam o seu calor para os de cima, fazendo com que os de cima derretam primeiro, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notem como a neve vai derretendo, e obviamente quanto mais derretida, mais transparente e invis\u00edvel fica aos nossos olhos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"527\" height=\"296\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2024-10-16-Example-of-Snow-melting-on-my-Cpp-Game-Engines-Snow-Algorithm-using-Cpp.gif\" alt=\"2024-10-16 - Exemplo da Neve a Derreter no Algoritmo de Neve do meu Game Engine em C++...\" class=\"wp-image-3930\" style=\"width:1138px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2024-10-16 &#8211; Exemplo da Neve a Derreter no Algoritmo de Neve do meu Game Engine em C++&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudo est\u00e1 perfeito neste momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talvez n\u00e3o 100% perfeito como o Game Engine original pois isto s\u00e3o apenas salas escondidas de testes, mas 99,99% perfeito, ou 100% perfeito na Neve parece-me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto \u00e0s threads, uso o sistema referido no post anterior, com um n\u00famero de threads pr\u00f3ximas das dadas pelo processador, neste caso 6, com o nome de &#8220;TaskRunner[x]&#8221;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"228\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2024-10-06-Multi-Threading-Manager-finished-on-my-Cpp-Game-Engine-Thread-TaskRunners-View.gif\" alt=\"2024-10-05 - Vista das TaskRunners no meu Sistema de Gest\u00e3o de Threads finalizado no meu Game Engine em C++...\" class=\"wp-image-3912\" style=\"width:1141px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2024-10-05 &#8211; Vista das TaskRunners no meu Sistema de Gest\u00e3o de Threads finalizado no meu Game Engine em C++&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A Neve requer muito mais processamento, pois tem muito mais mecanismos, como o do derreter dos flocos, os juntarem-se no ar e ao pousar, as suas rota\u00e7\u00f5es com o vento, o deslizar na face de sprites como o Sonic da imagem, etc, enquanto que a chuva simplesmente cai e faz splashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Neve ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 a funcionar no Game Engine em termos de jogos em si, apenas funciona no n\u00edvel de testes, abaixo posso mostrar \u00e9 a Chuva a funcionar em n\u00edveis de teste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sou capaz de fazer a Neve funcionar no n\u00edvel de testes (em pleno modo de jogo) pelo Natal, quem sabe, j\u00e1 que eu no Natal fa\u00e7o sempre coisas relacionadas com o tema! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De resto, quanto \u00e0 chuva, ela na realidade n\u00e3o est\u00e1 diferente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao que mostrei h\u00e1 dias, em funcionamento no pr\u00f3prio n\u00edvel de testes (em modo de jogo):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2024-10-05-Multi-Threading-Manager-finished-on-my-Cpp-Game-Engine.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2024-10-05 &#8211; Sistema de Gest\u00e3o de Threads finalizado no meu Game Engine em C++&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora vejamos o incremento brutal na velocidade j\u00e1 com uns 50 FPS usando s\u00f3 1\/6 do CPU m\u00e1ximo que teria e com milhares de gotas de chuva no ecr\u00e3, num port\u00e1til barato com 3\/4 anos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/2024-10-16-My-Rain-Algorithm-already-without-any-bugs-and-accelerated-and-with-multi-threading.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">2024-10-16 &#8211; Finalizado o meu Algoritmo de Chuva no meu Game Engine em C++&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Os FPS podem chegar aos 50 no de Chuva e uns 10 no da neve (com base no 1\/6 m\u00e1ximo de CPU que lhe atribu\u00ed), e usando no total como podem ver o equivalente a apenas um 1 core a 1 core e meio dos 8 que tenho, o que significa que poderia ter 5 a 8 vezes mais flocos de neve ou gotas de chuva no ecr\u00e3 mantendo a mesma velocidade, ou subindo a velocidade para 6 vezes mais neste port\u00e1til n\u00e3o muito potente, e notem que tenho milhares delas, apesar de talvez n\u00e3o parecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relembrando que isto se passa num port\u00e1til barato com 3 anos e meio e apenas um I5, com m\u00e1quina a gravar o v\u00eddeo entre outros consumos de CPU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sim, posso ter muito mais flocos de neve e\/ou gotas de chuva e num jogo, sem problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tudo isto com cada gota de chuva a detectar colis\u00f5es em tempo real com outros objectos, como neste caso o Sonic, com os milhares de splashes tamb\u00e9m, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou no caso dos flocos de neve, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 a detec\u00e7\u00e3o de colis\u00f5es, como aglomeramento, derreter, passagem de calor entre eles, agarrarem-se \u00e0s superf\u00edceis e soltarem-se, serem levados pelo vento, deslizarem pelos lados dos sprites, etc!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E j\u00e1 que os algoritmos de neve e chuva est\u00e3o terminados, bem como os seus n\u00edveis de teste, posso dar como encerrado estes dois cap\u00edtulos sobre Chuva, Neve, e Multi-Threading em ambos, bem como acelera\u00e7\u00e3o e correc\u00e7\u00e3o de bugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora vou ter algumas semanas com mais tempo livre, mas vou ter de mexer em coisas que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o muito vis\u00edveis, como a separa\u00e7\u00e3o da l\u00f3gica core do Game Engine da usada por variantes como Plataformas ou Shooters, bem como adapt\u00e1-lo para ser usado em contexto de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o, etc (ou facilitar o seu uso na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de videojogos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais tarde trago mais not\u00edcias, hasta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024-10-16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partilhado no mesmo dia no meu LinkedIn, em:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/goncalopt_ap%C3%B3s-finalmente-terminar-de-corrigir-os-bugs-activity-7252307050859294721-Phw1?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/goncalopt_ap%C3%B3s-finalmente-terminar-de-corrigir-os-bugs-activity-7252307050859294721-Phw1?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00f3ximo post associado ao meu Game Engine, associado ao meu sistema de luzes e sombras e \u00e0 \u00e9poca festiva do Halloween:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-gon-alo-ferreira wp-block-embed-gon-alo-ferreira\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"B4uGLqDqkQ\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goncalo.pt\/por\/2024\/11\/01\/2024-11-01-especial-de-halloween-melhoria-nas-luzes-e-sombras-do-meu-game-engine-e-umas-evil-pumpkins-em-cpp\/\">2024-11-01 &#8211;
